A-Plan reminds me of how we used to obtain insurance cover back in the late 60’s via a high street broker.
Friendly staff that are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak to reflective people rather than troll through the web comparison sites trying to make informed decisions flicking through endless digital text on a monitor.
Best thing is they know the intimacies and various terms of the policies on offer which very few of us domestic buyers have the time or inclination to do. A-Plan now manage my Home, Cars, and Travel cover.
I’ve recommended them too many friends successfully, so it’s not just me who think they are good at what they do.

By far the best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with! The customer service is second to none and they don’t charge admin fees for minor changes such as number plate change or even modifying my car to LPG. They also answer the phone almost immediately. All while giving me the lowest price. I will probably stawith them next time even if there not the cheapest(they where this time) for the service which is second to none! No I don’t work for them!
