What I really don't like is being rung up numerous times from about a month before my policy ends. Also how come I'm never given the best deal available, always have to haggle. Also if a plan renew my policy I don't have give my details but if I want to they always ask the same questions. I know all insurance companies are the same, they are bookmakers really and as such, should be treated with contempt. But we all have no choice, its just like this. Have a lovely day and don't let it get you down, I won't.

Great service, Steph in the Bath office was brilliant, so professional and polite. I can only say if you need insurance give her a call. I will recommend to all my friends and family, if it was this good to start, I would think if you needed to claim aplan would be there for you.
Forget confudled. Com or moosecats I don’t feel any personal involvement or trust with these so called agents, talk to a local buy local = satisfaction, you will get what you pay for.

We went through the plans, I picked the one I thought fitted my needs.
The advisor was friendly and answered all my questions in a professional manner. He didn’t rush things through, he took his time to make sure that I understood the policy and agreement.
