Its a nice company to deal with good customer care etc, but im a bit miffed that i am charged the same amount for my cover as last year when im a year older and the car is a year older, also with lockdowns this year mileage has been a lot lower. I will take a keen interest in next years price and might have to move elsewhere.

Another brilliant example of excellent customer service received from A-Plan today. The car insurance was due for renewal and Thomas was very helpful and professional, giving me all the information that was needed in order to make an informed decision on which policy best suited our needs.
