Recently purchased car insurance through the A-Plan office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, for our two vehicles and have been very happy with the quotations we were given and more importantly, with the service we received from Mr. Darren Hayward at this branch of A-Plan. The service we received was professional with all questions answered in a timely manner. It was nice to be able to go into an office and speak face-to-face to do business although when a telephone call was required, the call was answered in a timely manner without having to be on hold for an extended period of time. Our experience of purchasing vehicle insurance with A-Plan was a positive experience and the process went very smoothly.

I recently purchased a van, the dealer put an insurer in touch with me. Louise Fleming from A - Plan insurance (Shirley) got in touch with me, she was very polite and helpful, found me a very impressive quote for the van and went the extra mile to get exactly what I was looking for. Louise also gave me lots of information on the other insurances that they provide and went the extra mile to get a good quote for a car insurance policy for my spouse with an added discount because I took out the van insurance. They certainly went above and beyond to help us. Customer service is absolutely 100% and I would highly recommend A-Plan insurance to friends and family in the future.

Why oh why did I not use an insurance broker earlier? To have all the stress and searching taken off my hands and to get good insurance with even more cover than before at a lower price, is the gift that keeps giving. To know in the event of a claim that they handle all aspects is again a load off my shoulders. So happy with service of Peter and Team Bury St Edmunds branch. I can highly recommend the Bury St Edmunds A-Plan Insurance Branch for car insurances. Darren Hayward helped both myself and my husband find competitive packages to suit our lifestyles. We researched beforehand having a reasonable idea of what it might cost, however Darren found both of us better plans covering areas we needed [we’re both early retirees] and eliminating those that we didn’t. It’s a much more personalised experience than using online search tools AND we have a more bespoke plan.
