I have been using A-Plan for many years, gradually transferring all my insurances to it. I have always had brilliant service from the team at Leamington and, having had to make some claims recently, have been very relieved that I had the help of A-Plan rather than having to deal direct with the various companies. It is a refreshing change to have a human being pick up the phone quickly and start to deal with your query - no queues, no automated responses.

I have used A Plan Thatcham office for many years, earlier this year the A Plan team negotiated an issue post windscreen replacement to obtain compensation for safety systems alignment checks that the windscreen company had failed to complete. They worked with me and the insurance company and i had my extra expenditure billed directly to the insurer with no claim or loss of no claims bonus attributed. Thank you Henry.

I rang to arrange a change of address and to cancel my buildings and contents insurance policy for my old address. Mark (I think) then offered to update my car insurance and also arranged for the extra fee due on the car insurance to be taken off the refund on the buildings policy. I also have a Landlord's policy with A-Plan and that was updated too. It was great to have a one-stop shop call and I appreciate the fact that the arrangement fee was waived in lieu of the fact that I was paying a cancellation fee on the 1st policy. Good business practice.
