Following a mailshot, I went into their branch in Oxford and arranged my contents insurance. V helpful staff and great deal, better than quotes from a couple of other insurers. The only slight negative was having to wait about 15 mins to be seen as they were all on calls/with customers, but I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. Will go back to them when my car insurance needs renewing.

The people were friendly and the policy ok, but I am STILL waiting for the promised £50 M&S voucher that brought me to A Plan in the first place. This is not acceptable.

hello I had a email explaining to me that a plan did not handle my claim 6 wks ago when I rang to explain that somebody had backed in to my car all aplan was bothered about was to ring my ins company in case my premium might go up so I told them I would handle it myself unfortunately it has lost aplan my lambretta and static caravan renewals thank you p jervis
