Hi there, I have just renewed my car insurance policy through A1 Plan of Bournemouth ; all aspects of the renewal process was explained to me, additional options to the policy were made available to me as we went through the process : some taken up some not. The renewal cost was agreeable to me, and renewal took place. Many thanks to Thomas Houlding for making the whole experience, a good one...
