Car Insurance is a minefield. There are so many variables and the need to find cheaper quotes when auto-renew should, could be more competitive to save time and requires far better regulation. However, having a broker to do most of the work for you is a great help and even if their 'best' cheapest quote is still high, they often match or nearly match a quote the client has found their self. In my case, Patrick went the extra mile to get me a more competitive quote than the ones they originally found at my renewal. So a lesson here is to never auto-renew (unless money is no object) and to not let the insurance companies get away with 'daylight robbery'. Over 2 million cars are illegally on the road, uninsured so the regulators need to make premiums more affordable to all drivers.

I find them honest brokers. They will search out the best deals and are always thoughtful in their reminders giving them in plenty of time.

The lady that answered my call tried to connect me with the renewals team. They weren't available, as it turned out. However, instead of putting me on hold, or asking me to call back, she dealt with my renewal herself. In doing so she also answered some questions that were important to me. My documents arrived very shortly afterwards by email. Overall very impressed.

i have been using A-Plan for around 9 years and have always found them to be a professional and friendly outfit.Whatever they promise they back-up with the appropriate paperwork by email [or post if requested] fairly quickly.Due to promotions and new recruitment i have dealt with a number of different people but the all seem to have the same work ethic.More recently i have been dealing with Angela Giffen who has been excellent.
