I have always had a good and friendly service from the Fareham branch who i have been dealing with for several years now. They provide my house and contents insurance plus my motor insurance which recently they have helped proses a no fault accident claim for me which was a great help. So as far as everything up to now is very good.

Excellent service, even though I was unavailable your fantastic team kept reminding me and were very patient (as some days I was at school teaching) and unable to attend the important calls. Great team work; both for my house and rental property.

A plan has a fantastic service. I personally love personal service especially being able to speak to someone as soon as needed. Every company now days you are on the phone asking press 1, press 3 and takes about 20 mins at least to speak to someone. Fantastic value for money wouldn't go anywhere else!!😁

I went down the usual route of comparison sites which to be honest was about the same price,,,,but I got more for my money going direct with A-plan,, Matt was very helpful and explained everything and got me a good deal,you can also download an app which means you can find all your docs pretty easy

Very helpful staff who did all the searching for me. Saved money as well as they sourced different policies (ie legal cover) and merged them into one package rather than buying all cover from one provider. Good to know if if I have a claim I simply visit the branch rather than get stuck in a phone queue.

We have used A Plan for insurance for many years. The service is always efficient and the prices are competitive. It takes all the hassle out of getting several quotes, several times a year, for different policies. Have been with A-Plan for several years now and have always found the Taunton team to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (as well as patient when I’m asking so many questions or altering things!). Prices have been cheaper than previous companies I was with so am very happy! It’s nice to know I can go in and speak to someone as well as sort things out on the phone.
