My insurance phone enquiry was thoroughly painless and very professionally handled by the lady I talked with. Her name was Syrra Riaz (or maybe, Sarah). I was calling from Scotland and struggle a bit with some accents south of the border - actually I struggle with some north of the border too!
My enquiry was quite complex but she handled it marvellously, taking the time to answer, clarify and explain my many questions perfectly. She was on the ball too, getting ahead of me by researching offers such that I was able to place/pay for the insurance there and then without recourse to further calls and more work for her to confirm.
I have tried alternative companies, none of which provided the quality of service I received from this lady. I have my vehicle insured with you but my wife’s is with another. I fully expect to renew mine with you and hope to transfer my wife’s when they come due.
