Hi, I give you five stars as after going onto the Internet and looking at three sites like merecat, I get a good deal from you. I only do it that way for pice of mind, but I always feel happy to be dealing with A Plan. Also nice people to talk to, I look forward to our discussions.

I telephoned you (or vice versa), was offered quotes for the 2 properties i wanted insured. I looked elsewhere, came back to you a few days later, and accepted and paid for both quotes speedily and easily. Both were renewals, but even so you have to read me a long screed about various things, which seemed unnecessary (but which I understand you are legally obliged to do). My credit card was debited with separate amounts for the 2 quotes (I hope - haven't seen a bill yet. You agreed, without demur, to send me all the documentation on paper, which I appreciate (I probably could have printed it from your e-mails, but why waste my paper and printer time if I don't have to?).
There is a massive amount of paper involved with the insurance which is intimidating and tedious and which I would be happy to see reduced: but i accept that since I could put in a claim for hundreds of thousands of pounds you (or Aviva) want to cover your selves as fully as you can.
In the past I have noted minor errors in the paperwork (eg said I lived all the time in UK, though I had said i spent the 70s in southern Africa), which seem to recur year after year - when i point them out you say 'don't bother'.

Staff are friendly, they are always happy to help, I’ve been with A-Plan since I started driving 2 years ago! They’ve always been on hand during the pandemic as well, always make sure that any questions are answered and if they’re not sure they get back to you.

I have chosen A-Plan insurance for many years, throughout which they have been attentive, polite, competent, friendly, and competitive price-wise.
I have had central heating problems which were dealt with an outsourced CH firm as selected by A-PLan who sent out a so-called plumber who not only misdiagnosed my problem really very seriously, through his gross misdiagnosis I then was legally obliged to have his total misdiagnosis completed (by another party), which then had knock-on effects which led to further cost and difficulty at my expense and intense worry - it was endless. I have the details as do A-Plan.
it was not A-Plan's fault and they heartily apologised but the entire episode was more than unpleasant and it appeared impossible to have the incompetent plumber cautioned (at the very least); in my opinion he should have had to repair the mistake.
meanwhile I continue with A-Plan for house and car insurance and heartily thank them

A-Plan were recommended by the company I purchased the vehicle from.It was the first time I had heard of them and having used a broker for many years I wasn't sure how to go about the process. I wouldn't say the process was short but the guys at A-Plan were brilliant and helped me all the way through. They were prompt, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. I am now looking at my vehicles on cover elsewhere and hoping A-Plan can deal with them as well.

A plan gave me a good house ins price considering my circumstances. That also includes my car ins with them. They were efficient and polite and always answer the phone sending you to the correct dept for help. I would have no trouble recommending them to others.
