Insurance is something you need "But" hope you never have to call on,with reference to our home insurance you were in the right place at the right time and offered a competative rate (helped by the fact we already had our car insurance with you )

It took 4 timesof online forms, which mails and then almoner call to get quote. Then sorted e mailed and asked how much to pay in full, did get a reply eventually but e mailed for breakdown never had a reply. Now e mail again to say set up direct debit but again no reply and need my insurance very fron 15th January. Now working until Thursday so hopefully can get through on phone then. Upset withservice received. Next time will go elsewhere.

First dealings with A plan Altrincham thought all the staff I spoke to were very helpful. Gave me different options and really listened to what would cover us best. Thoroughly recommend them. Adam is In charge of our account and was so pleasant and lovely to deal with. When he was unavailable I spoke to Jack Who was very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. They both explained everything in detail and I feel confident I have the best cover for my circumstance.

I was happy with the guy on the phone who was more than helpful you have sent me the e mail of my insurance but I cannot open it on the portal I have tried a few times but give up. He said he would send me a paper copy but as yet not received.

I spoke to Jamie Re my building and house insurance. My policy had lapsed so we had to go through the process again. The whole process was straight forward. Jamie took all my details down which are slightly unusual as I have 2 different insurance companies because of the age of my property and the contents figure. I did not have to wait Jamie called me back at a time agreed as I was working. Also the initial call was answered promptly no waiting in queues getting frustrated. I was assured the best deal would be found. Jamie assured me 2 policies were my best often and offered the best cover. Really professional helpful service. Every thing was explained carefully and the whole process was easy. Thank you to Jamie and he remembered me from last year.
