Excellent service via telephone. Very competitive premium for my BMW 3 Series saloon when considering the level of cover and the low excesses. I also have my motorcycle covered by A-Plan. Again, a competitive premium when considering the level of cover. Yes, there are cheaper on-line quotes, but often with high excess figures. In addition, I do like having a local office to contact when arranging insurance and if something goes horribly wrong. There's nothing like face-to-face contact when dealing with financial stuff.

Goodmorning. Firstly i would like to say a big thankyou to you all. What a great team you all are. Ive been into my local swindon branch when ive needed help with my car insurance & theres always been someone to speak to when i call. Unfortunately this time i couldnt renew my car insurance with you due to price being abit to high, but i would certainly be giving APlan a call in the future to get new quotes. Callum Boyden processed my application with me. He was meticulous without being officious and explained all relevant issues. All angles were carefully explained and and i felt reassured from beginning to end. I had drawn a blank on several online applications, so was delighted to see my application accepted.
