I have been using A Plan Insurance for the last 5 years or so and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service I receive is second to none nothing is too much trouble and I feel they always get me a good deal. I have the added advantage that there is a branch where I live so can always pop onto the branch

A-plan are an easily accessible insurance broker and were quick to come back to me with a quote (same day). On instruction they were able to check various alternative quotes for differing excesses and levels of cover without too much trouble including splitting buildings and contents cover, which for me worked out cheaper.

Really happy with A-Plan. So easy to contact, no waiting on the phone and pressing button after button just to be cut off. I've always dealt with Alexander Jones and every time he provides a great service. He's very efficient and always tries to get us the best deal. It's nice to deal with an insurance company that's isn't too big where you can have a personal experience and deal with the same person. Also easy to ring and catch him without endless options and dopey people like I've had with other companies.
