I recently renewed my house contents policy and then had second thoughts about the cost.
I only have my state pension and things are very tight at the moment.
I asked for a refund and the Horsham office dealt with my request very efficiently.
Then I got a call from the manager who told me that, as I was a good long term customer with other business with them, they were prepared to offer me a free renewal.
I was very grateful, and think this is very good customer service.
A gesture that will ensure my business stays with them.

Been with A plan for 7 years. The main thing I like is you actually speak to a person!! No multiple choice button pressing. Always a pleasure to speak to and helpful. Premiums always competitive as well. I organised my car insurance in about 10 minutes! Fantastic!
