I’ve been a customer of A Plan Insurance for probably 25 years now, the team based in the Bath office have all been brilliant hence why I’ve continued to remain with them for so long, whenever a problem has occurred they’ve sorted it out for me without any fuss or hassle to myself, they’re always just at the end of the phone if I need them and having an office based in Bath that I can visit too is also reassuring. They call to remind me that my insurance is due for renewal, always offering me the best cover at a competitive rate and once I’ve agreed to renew the certificates etc arrive in the post completely hassle free, perfect service, thank you to Craig and the rest of the team.

Always friendly and polite. It's good to know they will deal with any claim I may have to make, rather than dealing with a distant company. It is worth paying a little more for this peace of mind.

I rang A Plan Thatcham following a couple of text/phone messages reminding me that my car insurance was due. With the hubbub of Christmas I was grateful for the reminder. When I phoned, my details were quickly brought up and I was taken through what I had last year and this coming year. I was very happy with the quote and had no hesitation in accepting and paying. The whole transaction was completed in a very short time, job done for another year.

I spoke with Alarna at A Plan insurance at the Sheldon Branch Birmingham. She was very helpful and friendly and got me the best deal for my car insurance. I was with AXA and it was up for renewal and she bettered there price and other quotes I had. Thank you so much Alarna for your help👍👍
