Very happy with the insurance company I recently had a car accident and the advisor was very helpful every thing was dealt with brilliantly and I was reassured not to worry which really helped me because I was very worried.

I was contacted By Karl from A-Plan insurance Newbury a few weeks before my car insurance was due. He gave me a quote that was actually cheaper than the previous year! He sent the documentation across very quickly and amended it where necessary. Karl was very helpful and contacted me by phone to remind me the renewal and payment were due.
