Really impressed by the young man who spoke to me on the phone he helped me to decide which policy to have .The young lady in the Banbury office was also very efficient and friendly as I told her it was the first time I had been into Banbury since the lockdown all in all the branch is always so helpful

A Plan made contact before my car insurance was due. There initial offer was high but they review it with their partners and came back with an acceptable offer. I always search the market for all insurance, car , house , holiday because there are savings to be made. However A Plan did this for me which saved me time as my insurance was due Jan 1st. Good company

These days it seems everything is a difficult transaction apart from A-Plan Insurance! It is always a pleasant experience with friendly, efficient staff. I have never had any problems all over the years (about 30 or more years).

I have recently renewed household insurance through A-Plan at Salisbury and am completely satisfied with the procedure. The annual reminder was issued in plenty of time, and discussions, which had to be held by phone, were always informative.

Renewed my home insurance. Staff were extremely helpful and found a cheaper option for me. My only criticism is that having given me a printed copy on the day I also received another copy in the post - even though they had assured me I wouldn’t. Just seems an utter waste of trees and resources.
