What I like about APlan is you can always talk to someone on the phone and there is never a hard sell, they listen to what you say and take it on board, research and if they can’t give you an answer straight away they will ask a colleague or find out and call you straight back. Very easy to communicate with.

I recently took out insurance with aplan and was happy with the service and the price. I’ve been getting my bongo insurance through A-Plan for years now and it’s always a good experience. They remind me of the upcoming renewals without hassling, just one call and a quote in the post.
Today I renewed with Frazer (Newbury branch I think) and he was friendly and very efficient, taking about 15 minutes to go through all the usual legal stuff taking payment and having a nice chat too.
All in all an excellent service.

I was disappointed that my current house and contents insurers had put my insurance premium up by 20%, even though I have never made a claim. I phoned A Plan and the person that I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. They sorted out an equivalent insurance for less premium and without the 1000s of questions you often get from other insurers. I also discussed other insurances and again they were very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice.
