I have used A-Plan for about three years and I have to say their customer service is great, in fact since day one their overall service has been very good, that is one reason I stay with them. When I think back to when I use to spend hours looking at different sites trying to find a good deal and how much time I wasted but now I get reminded when my insurance is due one phone call and that is it, so it's a few minuets against two days and the price is good.

The Shrewsbury A plan office has always been very helpful with my car insurance as they have been doing it for number of years. We are so pleased with the competative rates that we have recently transferred our house insurance to them as well.
