I’ve been with A-plan for a few years now & I go back to them year on year as they always find me the best deal & a human being always answers a phone call!! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & courteous so why would I change? Sitting on a phone & being passed from person to person is not a great use of my time so I will stay with A-plan & highly recommend to all.

I have been a customer of A-Plan for many years, but I am noticing of late that renewal premiums initially quoted are getting somewhat uncompetitive, which I find surprising given the size of A-Plan who should be able to negotiate keener prices. Having said that, the service I get from Jason is first class and I fully appreciate the discounts he has given me to keep me as a customer.

The people at Aplan are always on the ball with searching for the best cover for me at the best price, always get plenty of notice when a policy is due so I can shop around ( they like me to do that) but I’ve never bettered their quote. Only ever claimed on a policy once and they were brilliant they sorted things for me nothing is to much trouble .
