I am very glad indeed that I tried A-Plan when my home insurance needed renewing. Your team member Sam Greasley was absolutely excellent. He went to a great deal of trouble to inform me about all aspects of not only the particular insurance that he said was best for me, but also the general principles of the way in which A-Plan functions. What particularly appealed to me is that A-Plan is always just around the corner, and that I can go to them about claims. That is partly because I'm hard of hearing, and I always struggle over the phone, even though I use headphones.

I have tried shopping around for good deals, but there is no loyalty by the Insurers so, the premium goes up at renewal and I have to hunt again.
A-Plan offer a comprehensive service at a competitive price. They do all the hard work of looking for the best value insurance, saving me from having to do it. I insure my home and both cars through them, and my premiums generally increase less than inflation. So I am happy.

Have used A Plan (or Haines as was) for about 20 years. My dad used them as do other family members. Purchased car and house insurance and used to have breakdown until covered under current account.
Always pleased with service. Very responsive. Not always the cheapest, but paying a bit more for the service is more important than a few £ saved.
