I phoned your office to renew my car insurance this morning. Pleasingly my call was answered speedily by a friendly voice. We got through confirmation of my existing customer status and your agent went though all the details of what I was looking for efficiently, responding appropriately when I clearly was not interested in some of your additional products. I had only a brief wait before he came back to me with a very favourable quote from a new insurer which I accepted and paid for. Job done in 15 minutes! I have dealt with Cain Bradley previously and every time he answers the phone I am impressed by his friendly businesslike approach. I have recommended A Plan to other members of my family. Thankyou.
