The insurance industry is a disgrace in my mind - what you see, especially if cost is your 'bottom line', is not what you get. It is only when you have a claim that you find out what these chisellers have actually provided. If you use a locally based agent, at least you can walk in and ask them to sort the matter out. To this end 'A Plan' have been excellent in this respect and I don't miss the hours on the phone to the cheapo 'on line' wallies, either.

Great insurance broker. This firm have an office on the isle of Wight so you can call in and deal with an actual person. Although on skeleton staff due to lock down they are very helpful and accommodating. I use them for vehicle,contents and buildings insurance and find their service second to none.They may not be the cheapest available but certainly not the most expensive and the personal attention you get is excellent value. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone especially Isle of Wight residents.

Having recieved phone call, gentleman from A plan, went through all the details of a new policy, and any extra things I may like, then having agreed all the details, he looked into best policy for me, came back with a good deal from same company as year before, a good one that I agreed to, am very happy to stay with A plan, and it got sorted very well, and with just 1 phone call.
