Renewing was simple and straightforward. In fact we did nothing other than take a phone call and view renewal quote/policy. Never went up more than £10. Perhaps we could find it cheepest but....A high street office in out town to pop in anytime. It's a no brainer really.

This is my third different type of insurance with A-Plan and I am very happy with the service I have received. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and everything is done professionally and on time. Prices are competitive and there are often enhancements to policies compared with others.
I have not had to make a claim yet as of course that is always a true test of an insurance company. It will also be interesting to see how premiums compare on renewal. At the moment I am very happy with A-Plan.

I Renewed my car insurance because I considered it was the best value for money. It wasn’t the cheapest but there was all the extras I wanted. I could of got the car insurance on it’s own for less but the other quotes I got didn’t include some of the extras I wanted e.g. excess protect this covers your excess you get it back at the end, and total loss plus this gives you an extra 25% on the market value of your car if it is a right off.

I have found staff, especially Alex to be polite, listen to one needs and get back with information for me to make a decision. This is my third year of renewing my insurances through, largely because the above app[roach. There is a sense of honesty that I get.
