I cannot recommend the Witney A Plan people too highly. I first used them after being hit from behind when turning right about ten years ago. I was with an insurer I found on a price comparison site and customer service was predictably not good. The guy who hit me was with A Plan and I was impressed with how they dealt with the claim - so next time I took out insurance for the car it was through them. I have often checked prices online since then and for my main car have always found the price with A Plan to be competitive, so have stayed with them.

I use A-Plan for various policies - motor, home, rental - and Nick Francs/Tooting office was really helpful over the last couple of days with 2 motor policies to renew, suggesting an insurer change to get a better deal for me. Thank you.

The contact over the phone was clear and informative, advised me what I required and likewise what was unnecessary. Much better than trawling the usual search engines which never ends up with anything like the initial price that lures you in. We have used A-Plan for many years now. They always come back with a good price, so I do not have to try other companies. They always contact me when the insurance is due. The staff are pleasant and easy to talk to. If you have problems, they will always sort it out for you. In fact, we have all our insurance needs with A-Plan. Keep up the good work.
