Despite having previously requested that a note be put on our files (we currently have 4 cars and the home policy through A Plan) NOT to bombard us with phone calls and voice mails in the weeks prior to a policy falling due for renewal, the calls have still continued. I know when our policies are due and do not need several phone calls to remind me.

In the past I have had some very negative experiences with other insurance brokers, who are more concerned with extracting cash than being helpful. This is not the case with A-Pan who provide a very professional service. Wwhen I have had a mishap they have gone that extra step to see your problem resolved.
