Have been with A-plan for years now, good customer service, always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
Always manage to get me the best deal on my kitcar but have had insurance with them for campervan for past 2 years and have used them for my daily car and house insurance in the past.
Luckily I haven't had a claim with them yet so can't comment from that side.

I have been dealing with the Horsham branch for over 10 years and I find the customer service agents are excellent to deal with. Pricing is competitive aswell as clear and easy setup of policies.
