A Plan insurance was recommended to me so rang for a quote for car insurance. Found them to be polite and friendly, I received good customer service, it felt more personal as talking to someone who was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to be on hold for ages too, or listen to a recorded message pressing lots of different numbers. So all good experience.
