The manager of the Kingston office was helpful and proactive in calling me to remind me that my insurance was due. Unlike other organisations he asked if it was OK with me to call again as I hadn't decided at that point to renew with Aplan.

In our second year with A-Plan, the water main underneath our house failed and flooded our lounge and dining room. A-Plan responded straight away and had a duty plumber and leak investigators on site straight away.

I was looking for a good price on my campervan conversion (vw transporter) I was recommended A-plan from group members of a fb group I belonged to and I have to say that I was very happy with my quote and the help I received, they were by far the cheapest and most thorough without me worrying about anything having to change once the conversion is completed.
