As as yet I have not had a claim so cannot comment on the actual policy but this year After I had renewed I was getting Text Messages to tell me to renew and I had to ring up to confirm that they had my renewal and stop the texting which I found annoying.

I was notified by "A Plan" that my house and contents insurance was becoming due and of their recommendations and the reasons for them. A Plan were then easy to contact and discuss my requirements and possible amendments to the policies being proposed. The staff were seemingly knowledgeable and able to give factual answers and reasonable answers to my questions. Overall they seemed very professional in there approach and abilities.

Not happy with the quote I received from my previous insurer, the RAC, I thought I'd see what A-Plan could do to lower the price. I sent the proposal to A-Plan so they could offer me the same conditions and benefits etc and I was astonished when they quoted me £70.00 LESS than the original quote. That's huge! I expected £20 or even £30 cheaper just to get my business but £70! I'm speechless! Go A-Plan!

I use them as they cover vans with water tanks fitted and provide a replacement vehicle if your is off road due to accident. Probably not the cheapest but have proved to be a competitive choice over the years.

Always good prices and easy to use, by telephone. One call per policy, per year to renew. Credit must be given to all staff who continue to support customers over the lockdown. The only down side was they waived their fee, i was happy to pay for great service.
