This is a good company overall with pleasant staff, I’ve had my car insurance through them for many years. Getting home insurance was a little more troublesome and took quite a few phone calls, more than we had wanted. Working in isolation from home didn't help staff I expect, but I do expect to be called back with information if that is what is promised, sometimes this failed unfortunately requiring me to make further calls. However eventually persistence paid off, and we now have home insurance and the required documents.

I have been with this company for a few years Now & always look after me on costings . This year they went out of there way to try & sort out a issue I found my self in which has been resolved .

I've been a long term member of A -Plan Insurance and have always received good, honest advice. They are polite and courteous and always send timely reminders. They are honest in the fact that being a long term member, my renewal may not always be the most competitive from my existing insurers but they always work hard to find me a better quote or will try to match more competitive ones. I always recommend them.

The greatest attribute when contacting A-Plan is that a real human answers the phone, and quickly too.
Staff are polite, have a sense of humour, are helpful and listen to your needs.
