Predictably tried to hike the cost of my policy after 1 year of non-claiming membership. I queried this and the premium was reduced (but to a still somewhat raised level). Loyalty to non-claiming customers would involve keeping the price the same in my view.

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble for Dave the Northampton branch manager. He ensured I had all the relevant information and that I fully understood what was offered.
