I have been with A Plan for a number of years and have several polices with them. Although not always the cheapest they offer a very good support service & their people are always very Polite, knowledgeable and helpful so well worth the extra few pounds if your thinking of using them.

Unfortunately it was not the same person as I had dealt with on previous occasions so more time than normal was taken covering some of the minutiae that it seem appropriate to go over at renewal time to ensure nothing is overlooked

All ended up well but I am slightly frustrated that it took me calling them to point out that I could get a significantly cheaper policy elsewhere before they reduced the offered renewal premium by circa £30 to a figure virtually the same as last year's.

We dealt with Grace who, like all the staff is helpful, funny and thoroughly professional. The staff are obviously well trained and you are always left with the feeling that you haven’t t been cheated and you have been offered the best deal tailor made for your needs. All our insurance is done through A-Plan and I have always felt I have been dealt with fairly and honestly whether it’s a renewal or a claim. On the rare occasions I have claimed all the strain has been shouldered by A-Plan. Highly recommended.

A-Plan went out of their way to open a new policy for me when I changed my car rather than simply transfer an existing policy thus saving me a considerable amount of money. And all very swiftly done at their suggestion.
