Real people answering the telephones who deal with your requirements politely and efficiently - we always feel we may pay a little bit more but love having a broker who will deal with issues when they come up - one claim a few years back was dealt with so smoothly. No complaints.

Aplan Shirley have always been friendly and extremely helpful. Never a bother in getting queries answered whether by phone or in person. Their quotations are always very competitive and they will always look at the deal that is right for you, not always the cheapest.
