Really happy with A-Plan. So easy to contact, no waiting on the phone and pressing button after button just to be cut off. I speak to the person I want to speak to and they do their best to match or better any quote I may already have received. Have confidently recommended them to family and friends.

I've always dealt with Alexander Jones and every time he provides a great service. He's very efficient and always tries to get us the best deal. It's nice to deal with an insurance company that's isn't too big where you can have a personal experience and deal with the same person. Also easy to ring and catch him without endless options and dopey people like I've had with other companies.
