I have just recently renewed my home contents and car insurance, with another car due soon also. I've always been impressed with how A plan have handled my calls and helped to explain things over the phone. I am not in any way shape or form wishing to be racist, but it is so nice to have a conversation with someone who understands me, and I understand them too. The process was a little delayed today, but I was more than happy to wait as I am sure the COVID situation has meant that there are fewer staff in the office, or working from home etc, so it was not a problem at all. Keep up the good work A plan and stay safe : ) Thanks

I have insured many vans through A-Plan over the years and always had a good 'deal'. Not so long ago I had a minor prang, straight on the phone to A-Plan and they dealt with it, no fafing about, as you get with the online companies.
I have always found that in some cases it's better to have the human touch that filling an online form.

I was rather disappointed that my insurance had gone up significantly. However everything was combed through to get the best price possible and my insurance then came down to much nearer last year's premium. Excellent service and it did not take too long and was not onerous.
