Since my husband was transferred to a Nursing Home in January 2020, I have relied on A-Plan (Frome) and, in particular, Ali Tye, to assist me with all the relevant documentation/credit agreements related to House insurance and to his car insurance. Sadly, my husband died in April and I have found them to be extremely professional, caring and always prepared to go the extra mile to assist me through this difficult time.I would thoroughly recommend.

The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough and managed to get me an excellent deal saving me approximately £200 on my renewal quote!
