This company went to considerable length In order to renew the insurance on my late wife's car.
I needed to reinsure this particular car In my own name and A-plan Insurance obtained this insurance policy for me with a full 10 years NCD; which was not thought possible at that time of the initial inquiry.
I might add that we have used A-Plan Insurance for several years now and they have always been extremely helpful, well done A-Plan.

A Plan insurance are very good at sending the reminders through via text and making calls. The prices are reasonable so no complaints there.
The frustration I have is that the reminders do not contain the detail of the insurance, we have 4 cars and 3 properties so I never know what the reminder is actually for. The only way of contacting A Plan is in person or via the phone, it would be really helpful to be able to reply to a text or send an email.

Tom in the Cheltenham office went above and beyond in caring for our needs.
I can be a little fussy sometimes due to an age thing, however he was extremely patient and gave me confidence in returning to his office again.
