A very helpful Lauren Serrano Burke, took me through all the options so it was tailored to my exact requirements,
She was very thorough and professional and made sure I was aware of various features on the policy, including’pot hole cover’ - who knew!
Thoroughly recommend A plan for all insurance as I also have property insurance with them.

There is a third thing to add to that, and its Car Insurance because without it, in the UK, you'll lose your vehicle, and it can be just as challenging to navigate as losing your life, and communicating with the I.R.S.
Thankfully I have Dan Hurley at the Poole office of A-Plan Insurance to take care of my needs.
"Compare the Rodent" and "Money Down Market" keep trying for my Insurance, but they don't have the experience, and pure, customer service that I get from Dan.
Some of their clients may seek solace in a cuddly toy or a shopping voucher, but while they may have an uncertain sleep, clutching their Meerrat, I can sleep soundly in my bed knowing that I'm correctly insured and I've paid the right price for it.
Thank You Dan, it's a real pleasure to do quality Business with you.

James Bradley Tooting Office. Was efficient, kind and understanding of my needs with car insurance Yes he is obliged to offer me lots of extras but as I am on a low income and told him so, he did not pressurise me in any way which was appreciated and we worked out the best plan for me at this time.

I felt invaded by phone calls this time as I was nearing my home insurance renewal date. I am normally happy for the reminder but the land line and then mobile would be ringing whilst I was trying to listen/talk to my clients.
I had also received a quote by email as requested following one phone call and did not want the paper copy I got some days later.
When I did finally speak to someone I felt that they wanted to hold on to my custom and did get me a fair priced option that I took.
Summing up I like the customer care from APlan but I felt harassed by the constant calls....

I dread this time of year as home and car insurance is due at the same time! The whole process of giving information to get an insurance quote was made as simple as possible, all questions were answered in full. Apologies were made when the statements had to be repeated for the second policy.
