A-Plan insurance ticked all the boxes for me, you can talk to someone, and have the insurance Tailor made, to your requirements.
The agents are very helpful, the quote was reasonable, but it was not just the price, that I was concerned with, it was the ease of contact, that made up my mind.
I am sure that if I had to make a claim, the people at A-Plan would look after me well, not like these online Insurance Companies, where you can not talk to anyone.

I was left a message to renew my car insurance. When I rang them back they were very helpful and I told them how much I had paid last time and did envisage paying much more. They came back to me with a quote which was for approx £3 so I accepted and it was good as I didn’t have to check other insurance companies to see if I could get a better deal. Very pleased

I have found the A plan team friendly, informative, polite and they answer any question. There is a personal old fashioned touch in their communication - very respectful. Why are the other companies like this? Or am I just lucky? I think not as I have spoken to different members of the team and they all appear to communicate in similar ways.
