APlan took time to listen and understand what I wanted from the policy. They then sought out a better deal than we were offered, keeping in contact and checking it was a good time to talk. The offered policy was more competitive then the offers we had and we know if there are any problems we only have to call them. Thank you all at Luton during a very difficult time (pandemic) and it saved us time and also reassured us.

I’ve had my car and home insurance through A-plan for ages and they’ve always been great - finding the best quotes, walking me through the options, and being very supportive in two unfortunate cases when I had to make a claim. Today I renewed my home insurance with their Tooting consultant Catherine Smith, who was very professional and processed the renewal quickly but going clearly through all the options and taking time to answer my questions fully. I was very pleased and it just confirms that A-Plan are a good company with good consultants. To someone below who said in a review ‘they go through a script’, Duh! It’s a legal process, they have to read us the whole statements and we have to answer yes or no. I always found them friendly and happy to clarify things and Catherine today was no exception.
