I renewed my insurance over the phone on the 9th of Jan 2021. Nothing came in the post so early Feb I called to ensure I had cover and on that day I was assured my policy will be sent first class that very day. I was at that time told I had cover so no worries. I am still waiting with bated breath over a week from my phone call for my policy.

Contacted by text telling me insurance was due end of month. Either do nothing or contact them. On contacting them I found out my insurance was NOT going up this year. Because this is my ninth year without a claim I protected my claims for an extra I believe £11.00. Was truly satisfied all round. Thankyou A Plan
