Have used A-Plan Taunton Office (Marsha) for about 3-4 years for house contents insurance, always consistent & competitive, take the hard work out of renewal. Will now be considering for other insurance such as car in the future, as I spend ages sorting that each year.

I cannot fault them, when I had my accident everything was all sorted for me. I received a courtesy car for the duration of the claim process and received full value for my vehicle. The prices are great and thanks to BMW Car Club GB with their specialist connection to A-Plan Insurance my premiums are far cheaper than I've ever seen on comparison websites. Definitely worth it 👍🏼

Great service from A plan . My car insurance was due for renewal and I was contacted with a renewal price. I had been offered a cheaper quote from another provider but A plan were able to offer a comparable price and their excellent personal service so I was happy to renew with A plan.

Excellent customer service ... even when the requirements aren’t straightforward, they investigate and provide options and alternatives.
