When I left Epsom to live in Hampshire I decided to continue using the Epsom branch of a-plan because the Staff have always treated us well. They are courteous patient and always listen and help with any problems we have been clients with them for over 40 years thank you Ann Webb

All information was given clearly via telephone. The caller was polite and very helpful. The only way the service could have been improved for me is by a face to face meeting (I fully understand that this is not currently possible but once allowable I would prefer visiting an office).
