I've used A-Plan in St Albans for over 40 years for all my general insurance needs (home, car, motorcycle etc). They are always extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable and will do their upmost to secure the best deal for their clients. I also like the fact that you can visit their offices & talk face-to-face if need be (Covid permitting these days of course!). The company also has sections to deal with travel & life insurance, both of which I have used, the former many times. In the unfortunate event of having to make a claim A-Plan's staff are always extremely helpful in navigating you through the process to its conclusion. Indeed the travel insurance section were fantastic when I had some difficulty relating to a claim a few years ago, ensuring it was settled to my entire satisfaction within a couple of days. Not only that but they have maintained the same excellent standards when their staff have been forced to work from home due to Covid. They do the company credit. In conclusion, therefore, I would highly recommend A-Plan.
