The company contacted me in advance to remind me that my home insurance was due for renewal. Never quite sure about insurance... Well you can be re-assured by the staff of A-Plan Insurance. A-Plan Insurance have always given good service. I took out insurance with you last year at a cost of ÂŁ370.33 and for this year had risen to ÂŁ638.60 a hug increase. I realise that premiums do go up after a
claim but this is far in excess of what I expected. I talked to
Ms Hazel Duffy who said we could look at it again but came back
