I had taken out Van insurance with A-Plan, they asked if I would like to get a quote from them when my house insurance was due. I did this, they were very helpful in suggesting what cover was suitable for the house and possession and I did not feel at any time that I was being mislead to up the premium.

A Plan give the absolute best service ever! They are always on the other end of the phone for quotes, help and advice and genuinely so happy to help. I took my car insurance away from them for a year but had so much hassle with lack of service that I couldn't wait to go back to them. I searched through 4 of the online comparison websites but when it came to service and cost A Plan came out on top.

The whole reason that I use a broker is because of the customer service that I get. A-Plan is very old fashioned when it comes to the important stuff like customer service and very efficient and modern when it comes to adding value, saving money etc. All the staff are very well trained and articulate.

After A Plan took over from Mancroft Ins,I was switched to them.My car ins was coming up for renewal and I was contacted by Danielle,had a nice conversation on the phone,and she sorted my insurance for me,same great covers as usual,switched to a diffferent insurer on her advice,good price,Very happy with the service,speak to you next year Danielle .
