6 years ago I had a problem getting motor insurance. I tried around 20 insurance companies and then I found A-Plan in Basingstoke. They have been the most helpful warm and friendly company I have ever used.. I now have 4 insurance policy's including Van, Car and Public Liability with them. When you call them they answer the phone and there is no annoying automated option system and no music! I would recommend anyone try them for a quote....

I have recently begun the third year of motor insurance under the auspices of a-plan insurance ( Maidstone branch ) . I have remained with them because of the very high standard of customer service that I have experienced so far. This review has been prompted by my visit to their premises this morning,26th April 2014. The customer service adviser that I spoke to (A.S.) was able to advise me about a slightly tricky insurance issue. This advice turned out to be correct and saved me time and money.In fact, I must give credit to a supervisor whose contribution was also invaluable and the other members of staff who worked as a team to make my experience as pleasant and productive as possible.
