I have dealt with A plan for a couple of policies but since taking out a new House insurance with you a couple of weeks ago I have been phoned twice. Both callers said that they noted I had insured my house with you in the past and would I consider reinsuring it this time with A plan.
I do not mind the calls but it calls into question your internal data when you do not know has and hasn't taken out a policy with you.

Always polite on calls, feels like a much more personal service, you don't feel like just another number, did their best to keep my custom and provided all the cover I asked for including guaranteed valuation, in to my 3rd year with Aplan.
