I was very impressed by the level of service provided by Robert Pratt. He went out of his way to help me he went above and beyond with my difficult questions, was always patient and cheerful and had a solution for any problems or issues that I had. I've been with A-Plan for 14 years for the insurance on my Mustang......and when I got a second Mustang for daily driver duties 5 years ago, there was only one place I was going for insurance! Always friendly and efficient service and if you speak to the team in Specialist Car Insurance (Thatcham) most of them are proper car enthusiasts. A-Plan may not be the cheapest, but sometimes good service is worth paying a little extra for. 5 Stars from me! :)
