Have had the vast majority of my personal insurance covered by A-Plan Shrewsbury and all of my professional insurance. Have been with A-Plan Shrewsbury for many years now and wouldn't go elsewhere. They have always been very competitive - they check all the small print that most of us don't to ensure we are actually covered for what we think we are. This also applies for checking cheaper quotes from elsewhere and if they can't help they are very upfront about it. Very trustworthy company and recommend them to family and friends.

A great service as usual could have been five stars if I was offered the best price as the first quote as a loyal returning customer. Also one correspondence took over 24 hours for a reply, I am not unreasonable and understand the agent I was dealing with could have been having a day off or similar. I just wonder if some automated reply or something explaining the delay would be a nice communication to make the customer feel individual. This feeling was a little thin on the ground as at one time my wife was on a telephone call to one agent whilst I was mid email conversation with another.

Used A Plan for a few years now and find them fairly competitive, the bonus for me is that they can arrange both private and commercial vehicle insurance.
Although I am retired I still own and use a van.
If they want to quote me I will give them a shot at my home insurance this year as well. So there you go, well done A-Plan
