A Plan insurance are very good at sending the reminders through via text and making calls. The prices are reasonable so no complaints there.
The frustration I have is that the reminders do not contain the detail of the insurance, we have 4 cars and 3 properties so I never know what the reminder is actually for. The only way of contacting A Plan is in person or via the phone, it would be really helpful to be able to reply to a text or send an email.

I was very satisfied with the help in renewing our car insurances and home insurance.
Tom in the Cheltenham office went above and beyond in caring for our needs.
I can be a little fussy sometimes due to an age thing, however he was extremely patient and gave me confidence in returning to his office again.

They are always very helpful and renewing a policy is a quick process but if you have any specific needs to be added to the policy or have queries about the renewal in general, they deal with them both efficiently and professionally, ensuring that they get the best policy that meets your needs and at the best price.
