I find the world of insurance a tricky place as i do not trust the business of insurance, having a broker here Aplan for over 14 years has been a great support and gives peace of mind as i can speak to a human and get clear guidance and you build a relationship i can trust in a sector I do not trust

Just when I thought all hope was lost Harry at A-Plan provided me with a quote which didn’t leave me third party fire theft as that was the only reasonable price specialist insurance quote I’d found. Very professional and called me back as agreed.

I have been a customer of A-Plan for about 10 years and have always found them to be extremely good to deal with. They have the interests of the customer in mind and their timely and courteous contact has always been second to none. I have recommended them to friends and family having found that their searches for well priced motor insurance to be thorough. After over 60 years of motoring I have rarely dealt with such a reliable broker. Their customer service is outstanding.

Once again APlan have delivered me a timely renewal with minimum fuss and at a price that appears to give me good value for money. To me it seemed a very personalised service though doubtless they do thousands a day. I appreciate good customer service when there is so much bad service around - and to to continue to do that when so many companies are using Covid as an excuse, is highly commendable. I would have given 5 stars but choose to ‘use’ my stars sparingly! I am waiting to see how they deal with unexpected problems- the mark of a good service company- but so far haven’t experienced any!!

Once again the team at Bletchley A-Plan Insurance managed to find me great value cover when renewal was due. As ever, I did not accept their first quote but asked them to search again. The new search produced a cheaper equivalent alternative which I was happy to proceed with !! And when the changeover date came round (during Lockdown 3) I received a confirmation message by email. Well done Team A-Plan ;)
