Breege was totally amazing, she helped me renew my policy she was so professional yet friendly. I actually thought that I was dealing with a member of my family.
I have never dealt with an insurance company who genuinely took an interest in my requirements and listened to what i said and needed. I actually wanted to over insure my car but Breege took the time to point out that that was not wise and we removed some of the additions I asked for due to the age of my car. Yes there are still some red tape questions that had to be asked, but they were done in such a way that i was not at all put off.
Well done this girl should be a poster girl for A-Plan

The quote given seemed reasonable and to be with the same insurer. My only reservation to prevent five stars was an unfortunate instance of insuring with A plan for an overseas property and finding that despite insurance we were not covered when we arrived and found the bathroom ceiling on the floor!

Moved to this Company a year ago after a bad experience with another Insurance Company. Immediately I was very impressed, the customer care is so important but not only is that excellent but the prices are brilliant too. I am so happy I moved to A-Plan and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering giving them a try. I have our business van insured and have since moved our public liability to them also, I was paying double with the previous Company AXA , I am so pleased I found this Company it is the best thing I did.
