I’ve had my car and home insurance through A-plan for ages and they’ve always been great - finding the best quotes, walking me through the options, and being very supportive in two unfortunate cases when I had to make a claim. Today I renewed my home insurance with their Tooting consultant Catherine Smith, who was very professional and processed the renewal quickly but going clearly through all the options and taking time to answer my questions fully. I was very pleased and it just confirms that A-Plan are a good company with good consultants. To someone below who said in a review ‘they go through a script’, Duh! It’s a legal process, they have to read us the whole statements and we have to answer yes or no. I always found them friendly and happy to clarify things and Catherine today was no exception.

This company went to considerable length In order to renew the insurance on my late wife's car.
I needed to reinsure this particular car In my own name and A-plan Insurance obtained this insurance policy for me with a full 10 years NCD; which was not thought possible at that time of the initial inquiry.
I might add that we have used A-Plan Insurance for several years now and they have always been extremely helpful, well done A-Plan.
