I have been dealing with A-plan for many years. I like to be able to pick up the phone and talk through my requirements. A-plan staff are very pleasant to deal with and do there best to provide me with the best insurance for my needs. I hope to be able to use them for many years to come.

When I first spoke to A-Plan's member of staff, I was impressed with their politeness,professionalism and knowledgeable when asking a question. Although, I am fortunate to have not been in a position to use them for making a claim. That I think is "Proof in the pudding" as to how efficient they really are. Otherwise I am Pro A-Plan.

Have bought both vehicle and house / contents insurances and in both instances have received an excellent service. All of the staff were very thorough and found suitable insurances which met my specific requirements which many of the standard policies would not satisfy. I saved myself a huge amount of time by going to A-Plan and the cost of the policies were competitive.

I had been a company car driver for many years so when I wanted to personally insure a van I was unaware that my 20 years of accident free motoring in a company car were not recognised.
