Attentive staff , in shop , listened to my requirements for unoccupied house insurance and explained that they would require 15 minutes to contact different insurers and obtain quotes for the level of cover required . I returned after 20 minutes and shortly after I accepted a specific quote ; the policy was activated immediately. I had to clarify one issue once I had time to review the documents and this was dealt with efficiently. Very helpful team , I would use again .

Izzy Adams was brilliant! Not only was she polite and professional, she was also really patient and thorough when going through all our details to make sure that we had the best and right cover for our needs. She made recommendations and advised requirements that we had never had mentioned by our previous broker.
The insurance quote she came back to us with was considerably cheaper than our existing insurance and it gave us much better cover.
