Having paid for house and car insurance at the end of February, I have not received paperwork through the post as of 29th March, very disappointed, have rung a Plan, they put it down to the post???.other than that everything very good.

I was phoned by Sam Milton of Tooting about renewing my insurance. I was busy at the time so was not in the best of moods. Also I was not happy at the proposed fees for the year. Sam was courteous patient and friendly in his manner. Between us we improved the ts and cs. I ended the phone call very satisfied.

I have been with A-Plan Insurance for a while now. Whilst they are not always the cheapest they do provide excellent service, are always willing to review the policy with you to see where changes can be made if needed and they are very professional.

2 cars for renewal. First time I have dealt with this Company. Very good prices. Nice to speak to friendly staff that do their best for new customers. My Car insurance was transferred to A-Plan from LC Strong (Business sold due to owners retirement). Definitely a good choice as they are as good as LC Strong. 10/10. And local to my town of Chelmsford.

Staff recognises requirements by informatively talking you through your needs in details covering base. Excellent customer service rather than a marketing ploy usually engaged by other companies where one can easily overlook the fine print. Hence the mutual loyalty towards A-Plan. Also competitive prices in most insurance policies comparable to the general market.
