Renewal for a specialist car, including track days - A-plan are knowledgeable, very reliable and there was no hard sell. A pleasure dealing with them; I shopped around and still a good deal, which combined with consistently good service meant I was happy to stay with them.

Brilliant customer service with really fast support. As soon I contacted them, every person I spoke to was really helpful and did all they could to help. Once I had arranged my car insurance all documents were immediately emailed to me. Would recommend everyone to use.

A-plan were double insuring me after they renewed my policy without my verbal consent. When I called them, they were very quick and helpful and made sure all my money was refunded. The customer service was amazing.
Just a shame that their prices aren't competitive! Definitely get some other quotes and be ready to negotiate if you're considering this insurer. The extra price may be worth it for the amazing team at A-plan Eastleigh.
