When I took out this years policy I had to amend the details as 7 of my siblings now also own the house and despite it being a bit complicated the adviser, Charlie Kershaw, was extremely helpful and always called back when promised. After some negotiations it has now been settled satisfactorily and our home and my contents are covered. 😊

Before paying to renew I asked the person I was dealing with to find out how much extra it would be to increase the building costs on our house. The gentleman said he would find out and phone me back.. No call was returned with the information. When I telephoned again the following week I was told the person that had been dealing with my query was now away. My query had not been passed on to anyone else which I would have expected.
So I started again with another person to find the answer to my query.
He came back with some quotes which were a lot more money than anticipated so I declined to increase my payment.

I have used them for many years and have found that they do get me a good deal as well as taking the stress of looking at comparison sites. NFU quoted me a stupid amount so I went back to A Plan who found me a deal more than two thirds less than NFU
