I Have been dealing with Daniel Green, from my first contact with him by phone I found him to be extremely helpful, he compared a number of policies to try and find one that would fulfil my particular skill set.
On one occasion he went through a policy with me as I was having difficulty downloading it. he was extremely polite, spoke well and was easy to understand, In this day and age it was nice to speak to someone who actually seemed to care.

As I currently insure my car via A plan, when my home and contents insurance renewal was due, I requested a quote by phone. My call was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner, and I received a competitive quote, having stated the maximum price that I was prepared to pay. As this was cheaper than my existing renewal quote, I accepted.

I started by insuring my boat with APlan, and found them to be very helpful when I had to make a claim. I then went to them for car insurance, and followed that with the house insurance. Very helpful and competitive each time, but fortunately no further claims.
