I found A-Plan Poole branch to be amazing. Ben was very helpful on the phone and considering he was working from home he went the extra mile to help me with my first car insurance. I also spoke to Laura in the Poole office when I collected my documents and she was very professional. I found the process very easy and smooth and was informed of what was happening each step of the way. Very impressed with Poole A-plan. Big high 5 from me.

Courteous agents phone to discuss premium well ahead of expiry date.
This year paid via BACs ahead of time but oddly received invoice demand for payment five days later. Did they not check their bank statement?

I looked on various websites for insurance and could find none that were helpful I went back to A plan as they worked out the cheapest. Also having a physical office that I could go to not far away if I needed to make a claim was another factor instead of having to deal with someone in a call centre or over the phone.
