Got straight through to a customer advisor. No taped recordings or multiple choice numbers to navigate. Dealt with in a kind, patient and understanding way. Didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and he was quite happy to explain and then go over the policy again. Found the whole experience very refreshing. Will definitely be going to them for a car quite later in the year.

Have been with Plan / Market Study for several years now..as always prices are competitive and I don’t have the need to get other quotes..for ease of insurance works well for me..
Only think I have not been happy with is having to pay the Admin fee of £40 per policy..which is a pain as I have 4+ cars insured and they all renew at different times - as multi car policy woks out more expensive then sigle policies - so I am told!
