I have recently renewed my car insurance with A plan who I have been with for many years however this year I found 6 other companies that were cheaper so was seriously considering changing but I was convinced by them to stay, in conversation with them at the same time i said I would be changing my vehicle soon and was told there would be little or no change in cost. However despite paying more upon renewal i am now being charged another ÂŁ170 to charge my vehicle. Very unhappy and bitterly disappointed. Since posting this review i have been contacted by A plan my insurance company and it seems that thier was a misunderstanding between us. I would also like to point out that i said that I was being charged ÂŁ170 more but forgot to say ÂŁ150 was in the form of excess. However all has now been amicably sorted between us so both of us are now happy thanks guys
