I have been with A-Plan Insurance for quite a few years now, and have been very happy with the insurance company and they have always treated me with respect and honesty which I am very grateful of. I changed my building & contents insurance and was provided with all the cover I required at a good price. I had to cancel my existing policy with a different provider & your advisor connected us & stayed on the line to provide support. I was grateful for that as the provider couldn’t locate my policy even though the direct debit was being paid monthly! There were a couple of other issues. All in all I was very pleased with the advice & support I received from A plan, who also handle my motor insurance very well. Excellent service.

It was that time again to renew my Wife's and my car insurance, so I thought this is where I have to go through all the nauseating discussions with an agent, and going on to price comparison sites to try and get a better price from another insurance company.
So on ringing A Plan, Bournemouth, I was talking with Thomas Houlding, my first words were " I want your best price up front", with my surprise Thomas honored this request and did give a great deal, with only a slight increase on my last year price.
It was a refreshing experience and I can recommend A Plan, Bournemouth, and Thomas in particular, to give a fair price and excellent service.

Thomas was very patient and helpful in providing me with a renewal quotation (which I went ahead with). I use A Plan all the time as the staff are so down to earth and friendly and have a wide knowledge of everything to do with insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
