Excellent service l, the lady who I spoke to over a quote was so professional. It was explained to me in detail what I would be covered for and all others extra I could have added to my insurance with the price. So obviously without any hesitation I accepted my insurance cover because I also got for a great price.

It was strange dealing with a new system so took a while to get to grips with it. Samantha was very good and helped me through the minefield. I had built a good understanding with Yvonne and Lloyd Vine over many years and it will take a little while to get used to A Plan. I know where you office is which will be handy for the future. My only concern is getting a good product at a fair price - with the ability to get help when claiming. Thankfully that was rare at LV but it was very valuable.
