I reeived my renewal invitation from A-plan and renewed my annual vehicle insurance with them, because this year, as last years' premium, was very acceptable. A-plan are very approachable and very local to me. I know that I can drop in or phone in to talk to a 'real' person and not a computer generated voice. Something that is very lacking in todays' world. Fast, efficient , well priced and approachable

I dealt with a man called Carlos at the Epsom branch I believe, I had had lots of quotes from brokers and the prices were ridiculous, in the 2-2 and a half thousand pound region, this guy dig a lot deeper in terms of details regarding my specific needs and applied this, and I ended up with the top dog of policies, breakdown covers, and all sorts of other perks, and managed to get me a policy at less than half of all other quotes I’d had, best service I’ve ever been provided anywhere, couldn’t be happier with his service, fully recommend these guys, an absolute saviour for me. My property insurance was slightly more complicated due to sub letting via an estate agents. This was no problem for A Plan who were able to find me the right insurance and for a reasonable price too. Had to make a claim one year and Tracey at A Plan Lemington was amazing and handled everything for me. I would definitely recommend.

The Thatcham office was one of very few insurers I found that offered seamless cover for our VW van before conversion, while it was being converted and after it became a camper. Really understood our needs. Staff polite and well informed and the premium was in the right ball park.
