As always with A-Plan I got an immediate response by telephone and clear, well informed advice on my renewal. I got full explanation on all alternatives and of the optional extras available on the recommended policy. It is a total no-brainer going on-line to the usual suspects because you have little opportunity to interrogate policy details and the various options within a policy. I've used A-Plan for 5 years or more and have 4 policies with them. Fantastic service, courtesy and willingness to go as many miles as it takes to make me comfortable and happy.
Most of all, most Corporate and Goverment organisations in the UK have now lost the plot since Covid and you get abominable service. At A-Plan you get to discuss issues with a live person. They are outstanding.

I've had car insurance with A-Plan since buying my first car in 1985. In all that time, I only ever skipped one year insuring my vehicle elsewhere but quickly came back. My wife has her car insured here too. The brokers always work hard to find the keenest prices. The only reason it's not a five-star review is the fact I never seem to do well when it comes to insuring my kids cars as new drivers insurance prices tend to be more affordable online, at least that's been the case the times I tried..
