The team at Loughborough are very good . Had a call to say my car insurance was due and would I still be interested to continue my insurance with them . No pressure sales , in fact the price had come down so said yes please . I have used them for 3 years now

As always very good service from A-Plan. The Ipswich branch being particularly helpful, Patrick dealt with everything and was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process, making it much easier and less stressful.

Tried all comparison sites, but as I had not driven for over 2 years they automatically invalidated 6 years no claims. The result being really expensive insurance like I was a first time driver. Heard of A-plan through word of mouth...not only did they come in about £700 cheaper than the cheapest online quote, they also said that would honour my no claims for 7 years next year if I don’t need to make a claim this year. Very happy I went with them. Would 100% recommend.

From start to finish, the service and prices were excellent. My needs were understood quickly and professionally. My quotes were returned within the day and I found my questions answered very quickly from a very knowledgeable A-Plan team member. It was a great service and I wonder now why it took so long for me to contact them. The insurance premium prices were far, far better than any online quotes, including the price comparison sites, plus I found myself with a ton of unanswered questions when just browsing online - A-Plan cut through all that and made it a breeze to get to what I needed.
