We have used A Plan for years as our insurance company and have always found the staff professional, friendly, helpful and well-informed about our options for car insurance. They do not pressurise and are always keen to ensure we are completely happy. They give us time to think about the renewal and re-contact us on the day that they arrange to. We have considered alternatives but have peace of mind that they will be efficient in their dealings and are happy to let them work on our behalf.

A-Plan
We have trusted A-Plan's advice for many years with our Home and Car Insurance renewals.
We do not know how comprehensive ( viz how many Insurers ) their broker service includes but like having them on our side to look after our interests in these two insurance fields.
We have always found them to be polite , efficient and reliable in keeping us covered at all times.
Not sure about them finding comprehensive Worldwide Travel Insurance cover for elderly folk.

I went into the Bournemouth office for a car Insurance quote and was very pleased with experience. I did not have an appointment however I did not have to wait very long to see a consultant .I was given several options, which were explained in good detail. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased an insurance policy which has more cover and less money than my previous policy with a different company. Very pleased with the service and experience .I would recommend this company to any others looking for insurance.
